Description
EBLOCK PLASTERING MORTAR EBP-202 is the ready mix dry cementitious mortar using plastering on AAC wall EBLOCK. Main components of EBP – 202 mortar include cement, fine sand, waterproofing admixtures, and polymer additives.
EBLOCK PLASTERING MORTAR EBP-202 is manufactured on an industrial scale according to European standards, adhere to strictly monitoring processes to ensure product quality, and limit the risk of mixing at work.
Application:
EBLOCK PLASTERING MORTAR EBP-202 is a specialized product that is compatible with and suitable for lightweight autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) walls, helping to increase adhesion and bonding, waterproofing, aesthetic appeal, and construction progress.
EBLOCK PLASTERING MORTAR EBP-202 completely replaces the traditional sand-cement mortar, contact directly with the external environment, and other structural surfaces such as beams, columns, reinforced concrete floors, ensuring aesthetics and technical requirements according to TCVN 9028: 2011 with flexible coating thickness depending on the design and demand.

The special admixture in EBLOCK EBP-202 mortar is effective against blistering and cracking problems encountered when plastering with regular mortar onto lightweight concrete walls.

Other notice:
- Plastering after 24 hours of construction. Applying matic baits after 72 hours in a dry condition.
- The appropriate humidity of the wall before plastering is from 15-17%. It is necessary to wait for the dry wall if the wall is wet or mist before plastering if the weather is hot and dry.
- Water to moisture the wall after 24h.
- Each layer has a thickness of 5-7mm, plastering each layer 5-10 minutes apart until achieve the total thickness of the wall.
USE AND STORAGE TIME
Using mortar after mixing about 120 minutes and depends on weather conditions (temperature, wind, humidity ...). Mix again after 30 minutes of non-use.
The recommended shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture is indicated on the package, provided that the product is stored in a dry, cool, and intact packaging. Do not stack more than 10 bags.
SAFETY
The product contains cement and is alkaline, which may cause irritation in contact with the body. Gloves and goggles should be used when applying the product to minimize direct contact with skin.
