Description
EBLOCK Thin-bed Mortar EBT-104 is a specialized product developed for Autoclaves Aerated Concrete (AAC) AAC EBLOCK, AAC PANEL. Minimize wall crack, increase adhesion, and create joints. Main components: Cement, sand, and polymer additive.
EBLOCK Thin-bed Mortar EBT-104 is manufactured on an industrial scale according to European standards, adhere to strictly monitoring processes to ensure product quality, and limit the risk of mixing at work.
Application:
EBLOCK Thin-bed Mortar EBT-104 is a specialized product is compatible with and suitable for Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Block, which helps to increase the adhesion, bonding and ensure technical requirements of EBLOCK lightweight AAC block wall system.
EBLOCK Thin-bed Mortar EBT-104 is designed to have high flexibility & adhesion, ability to keep consistency, appropriate correction time, helping create a thin mortar seam to save materials and labor cost.

USE AND STORAGE TIME
Using mortar after mixing about 120 minutes and depends on weather conditions (temperature, wind, humidity ...). Mix again after 30 minutes of non-use.
The recommended shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture is indicated on the package, provided that the product is stored in a dry, cool, and intact packaging. Do not stack more than 10 bags.
SAFETY
The product contains cement and is alkaline, which may cause irritation in contact with the body. Gloves and goggles should be used when applying the product to minimize direct contact with skin.
